ABOUT US
Hey, I’m Nick Dill, founder of Christmas Light Crew. I got my start in business through the CEO program in high school and later graduated from Lake Land College, where I learned what it takes to build something real from the ground up.
I’ve been hanging lights for years — from hundreds of homes to large projects like the Mattoon Mall, Terre Haute Mall, Rural King, and even the City of Mattoon.
At Christmas Light Crew, my goal is simple: help families and businesses light up the holidays without the hassle.

1. How much does this cost?
Each job is priced out differently. Our minimum is $500 but an average job is around $1300. This includes everything all for one price and we have never had a customer disappointed.
2.What areas do you serve?
We serve Mattoon, Charleston, Champaign, and surrounding Central Illinois communities. If you’re nearby, chances are we can help — just ask!
3. What happens if a bulb goes out or something stops working?
We handle it — fast. If a strand goes out, a bulb burns out, or weather causes an issue, we’ll come fix it at no extra cost. You’ll never have to climb a ladder or untangle a thing.
4. Do you take the lights down after the holidays?
Absolutely. Takedown and storage are included in your price. We label and store everything neatly for next year. We start takedowns at the beginning of January but if you need them down earlier we can do that!
5. Do you do businesses or commercial properties too?
Yes! We’ve installed lights for Rural King, Mattoon Mall, Terre Haute Mall, and the City of Mattoon. Whether it’s a storefront or a large commercial property, we’ve got you covered.
